This year was no doubt one of the harder years I’ve lived through. But as I frantically try to bake stuff for today and shower, and do all the things, I look around and I’m reminded of all the truly remarkable events that occurred this year. It’s the first Thanksgiving we can finally hold our son after several patient years, still being surrounded by those who are still with us, and those who sincerely love us.
